Healing is rarely linear.

There may be days when progress feels clear and days when old patterns reappear. THis does not mean you are not doing it right or are moving backwards. Growth often unfolds gradually as the nervous system learns that new possibilities are available.

Be patient with yourself. Give yourself some grace and be kind. The goals is not perfection, but greater flexibility, connection, and choice.
